Health Promotion and Disease Prevention

Jackson Health Network will provide ongoing monthly education on various health promotion and disease prevention topics released by the Jackson County Health Department. The intent of this education is to meet the PGIP-PCMH capability 9.8 which states staff receives regular training and/or communications in health promotion and disease prevention and incorporates preventative-focused practices into ongoing administrative operations.
